Alecia had a difficult task in selling my father-in-law's home, primarily because he lives with my wife and I in Pennsylvania. Since there was little opportunity to travel to Silver Spring on a frequent basis, Alecia had to not only make recommendations on improving the look of the home; she also served to manage the improvements. At times, the negotiations were becoming difficult, but Alecia was able to find alternatives and solutions that made the deal a win-win.
